Ordering Samples
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Free A4-size samples are available. Courier charge is on the buyer. We ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS.
How long does sample delivery take?
Sample delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via DHL/FedEx/UPS, depending on your location.
Can I request multiple samples?
Yes. You can add up to 10 different samples to your sample basket per request.
Packaging & Shipping
How do you pack for export shipping?
Export pallets with PE film wrapping, corner protectors, and stretch film. Container loading is optimized to maximize space and prevent damage.
What is the container loading capacity?
A 20'GP container holds approximately 20–22 pallets of standard 1220×2440 mm boards. 40'HQ holds 45–50 pallets.
Do you provide corner protectors?
Yes. All export shipments include PE film wrapping, corner protectors, and stretch film to prevent damage.
Payment Terms
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (Wire Transfer) — 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. L/C at sight available for large orders. Western Union for sample fees.
What currency do you accept?
We primarily accept USD. EUR and CNY are also accepted for certain markets.
How do I arrange payment after quotation?
After specifications and order value are confirmed, we issue a proforma invoice. Standard B2B terms are T/T wire transfer, L/C at sight, or Western Union for sample fees.
Order Status & Tracking
How do I track my order?
After shipment, we provide the Bill of Lading (BL) number and carrier tracking link. You can also contact your account manager for updates.
What shipping terms do you offer?
We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP terms. FOB is most common for bulk orders.
Changing Your Order
Can I change my order after confirmation?
Changes are possible within 48 hours of PO confirmation and deposit receipt. After production starts, changes may incur additional costs.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders can be cancelled before production starts with full deposit refund. After production starts, cancellation fees apply.
Invoices & Documentation
What documents do you provide?
We provide Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and any required test reports or certificates.
Can you provide FSC documentation?
Yes. FSC Chain of Custody certificates and related documentation are available upon request for FSC-certified orders.
